Schackagentur.dk does not register data information other than your IP address to monitor statistics. If you use our contact form, we register and store the relevant data about your inquiry. If your company uses our B2B webshop, we register the information that is necessary so that we can provide it with a service as a customer. This information is stored by Spysystem.dk. and Economics.dk

  • Pictures from model applications

As a customer, we store your data for 3 years from the last registration if there are no unresolved issues. If you have applied for model work with an attached image, the material will be deleted if refusal and upon inquiry.

11.2 Transfer of data to others

We never transfer data to a third party outside the EU and EEA. Furthermore, we do not resell your information. Personal information that is relevant to your inquiry can be passed on to the shipping company and sales consultant in the area in question.

Schack Agentur is responsible for the collection, storage and use of personal data. Personal data from our B2B webshop is stored by SPY ApS under justdlux.spysystem.dk
